Concrete lifting is a process that raises sunken or uneven concrete back to its original position by injecting expanding polyfoam beneath the slab. The foam fills voids, stabilizes the soil, and gently lifts the concrete.
Polyfoam is:
✔ Lightweight
✔ Water-resistant
✔ Fast-curing
✔ Environmentally safe when cured
✔ Strong enough to support heavy loads
It fills voids, stabilizes the soil, and lifts concrete with precision, making it one of the most effective concrete repair solutions available today.
Common signs include:
✔ Uneven sidewalks
✔ Sunken driveways
✔ Trip hazards
✔ Pooling water after rain
✔ Gaps near garage floors or steps
✔ Cracks caused by settlement
If the concrete is structurally sound but has settled, lifting is often a great solution.
In many cases, yes.
Concrete lifting is often:
✔ Faster
✔ More affordable
✔ Less disruptive
✔ Ready to use the same day
If the slab is still in good condition, lifting can restore it without the cost and mess of replacement.
Most residential projects can be completed in just a few hours.
Unlike replacement, there's no waiting days or weeks for new concrete to cure.
Typically within 15–30 minutes after the repair is completed.
The polyfoam cures quickly, allowing you to return to normal use the same day.
Our polyfoam is designed to provide long-lasting support and is resistant to water.
While no solution can control future soil movement, properly lifted and stabilized concrete can remain level for many years.
Common causes include:
• Soil erosion
• Poor compaction during construction
• Water drainage issues
• Freeze-thaw cycles
• Drying and shrinking soils
These conditions create voids beneath the slab, causing settlement over time.
We commonly lift:
✔ Driveways
✔ Sidewalks
✔ Garage floors
✔ Patios
✔ Pool decks
✔ Steps and stoops
✔ Commercial walkways and parking areas
No.
The process uses small injection holes (typically about 5/8 inch) and does not require tearing out existing concrete. The holes are patched after the lift is complete.
